New Central Texas Beekeeping Organization Invites You to Visit and Join!

Attention to those interested in beekeeping or learning about honey bees in Bell, McLennan, and Falls County and the surrounding areas. There a new beekeeping  association club for the Greater Temple, Texas area. The Texas Area Beekeepers Association, or TAB(A) are excited about this bee club, recently having been a large part of another club, but decided to open one that will be of this immediately growing area. Meetings are held the second Thursday evening of each month at 7 PM at the City of Troy Community Center building. Take I-35 to exit 308 (Troy) and go East on Main Street (FM 935). The building is on the right just across the railroad tracks, at 201 East Main Street. The door to enter will be on the East side of the building (opposite side from the railroad tracks). A monthly newsletter encompassing world bee news, training, work shops, events in Central Texas that will be highlighting Bee Events and more, will be sent to those who join and submit their social network addresses.

Call Bob Billings at 254-231-5993, or Jim Billings at 254-760-2053 for more information on learning basics to advanced bee keeping and joining the association.

Come out and join up. We hope you will BEE apart of a growing, earthly concern!
